At KeyMot, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Because our store sells digital software licenses and activation keys, some refund conditions differ from those of physical products.
Please read the policy below carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Product Policy
All products sold on KeyMot are digital goods (software licenses or activation keys) that are delivered electronically.
Due to the nature of digital products, once a license key or activation code has been delivered, viewed, or accessed, it cannot be returned or revoked. For this reason, digital products are generally non-refundable after delivery.
By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Right to Cancel
Customers may request to cancel an order before the digital product has been delivered.
If the activation key or license has not yet been issued or delivered, the order may be canceled and a refund may be processed.
Once the digital license has been delivered or displayed to the customer, the order can no longer be canceled or refunded.

Non-Delivery
In rare cases, email delivery issues may prevent customers from receiving the product email.
This may occur if:
- The email is filtered to spam or junk folders
- The email provider blocks automated messages
- The email address entered during checkout was incorrect

Contact our support team
Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 7 days of the order date.
After this period, the order will be considered successfully delivered.
Our support team will gladly resend the license or deliver it to an alternative email address if necessary.
Major Technical Issues
All products are verified and tested before delivery. However, in rare cases technical issues may occur.
If a license key is invalid or cannot be activated, customers must contact our support team with evidence of the issue.
Our technical team will attempt to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
If the issue cannot be resolved, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement license key
- Alternative product of equal value
- Refund if the issue cannot be resolved
Product Not as Described
If a product does not match its description on our website, customers must report the issue within 30 days of purchase.
The request must include clear written evidence showing that the product does not match the advertised description.
Requests based solely on misunderstandings or incorrect expectations may not qualify for a refund.
Our support team will review each case and provide an appropriate solution.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved under the conditions described above, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used during purchase.
Refunds are submitted immediately after approval. However, depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 20 days for the funds to appear in your account.
